I thought I would buy one of these at the super market before committing to a 16 pack and I am glad I did. The ingredients don't lie - it is really just cashew's and dates. It tastes too much like dates for my liking and there wasn't enough nut flavor or crunch. I like some of the other flavors better so I will avoid this one next time. If you love dates then this is for you.. if not try another Larabar with extra ingredients to hide the date-y-ness.
