Beautiful runner. Exactly as pictured, with some very slight color variation since each one is handmade (mine is just a bit darker than the one pictured). The runner looks a little like burlap but is 100% cotton and is soft and pliable while still retaining a strong, solid weave. I have no fears of it suddenly unraveling or falling apart. Fringe is just as shown and hemmed to prevent further unraveling. The runner came in a plastic bag, folded, so there may be wrinkles but a quick iron over the top cures it of that. Shipping was amazingly fast - I received it three days after ordering (free shipping was available as of the time of this writing).

It's a good, solid pick for anyone who likes a bit of rustic flavor in their home but doesn't want to deal with the shedding and potential unraveling of actual burlap or jute. If I ever need another, this is the seller I'll purchase from.

These runners are nicely made and very soft. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is I am going to stencil on them and because they are so soft, it will be a little difficult. I had anticipated a little stiffer fabric. If you are using for a wedding reception or rustic look, you can't go wrong with purchasing them.
