QQ-tech keyboard is 6 3/8" wide and 2 3/4" wide. It weighs 2.8 oz on my digital postal scale. Each key is 1/4" wide and 1/4" tall. This keyboard has individual keys made out of hard plastic. Despite the small size I found that my typing accuracy is pretty good, I have yet to hit a key I did not mean to strike. The keyboard has a very nice feedback: the click feels good and you hear it. I am using this keyboard with my Samsung Galaxy 7.7 tablet. I found that I type much faster using it than on screen keyboard, especially when I have to mix letters and numbers in the text. Pairing is remembered from previous sessions even when I turn off the keyboard and the device.

The touchpad is sensitive and responds well, however with the tablet's touch screen I find that it is easier to touch the screen rather than to use the touchpad on the keyboard. However for the use with non-touch screen devices I would use it with no issues.

I am attaching a video which shows pairing with my Samsung Galaxy 7.7 Android tablet and then typing some text. What is particularly nice is that some application do not display on screen keyboard, so you get the benefit of the entire screen containing the information without being covered by on screen keyboard. Some applications still display on screen keyboard even when the QQ-tech keyboard paired with the device, so it depends if the application developer anticipated bluetooth keyboard use or not.

I end the video showing the backlight function of the keyboard. It is turned on by hitting a key that looks like a yellow sun on the top row. As you see in the video this works really well.

I am also attaching a collage of two photos, which show the keyboard next to a ruler as well next to my finger for a size reference.

I've ordered and used 4 of these little wireless keyboards in the past year. The first one was an RF keyboard that came with its own USB RF connector. That was very handy as I didn't need to do anything special; however, the keyboard died after 6 months. I bought another RF keyboard, but this time it had a "pointer" style mouse which I did not like so I ordered this keyboard.

First of all, I was SHOCKED that the Blu-tooth range was this good. I can easily type from my kitchen with no missing keystrokes (about 30 ft, no walls). Compared the the two RF keyboards, that's in increase of ~ 10-15 feet.

Two downsides which I can live with:
1) If the keyboard sits a while the first keystroke will not register. I'm guessing the little guy wakes up on that first key, but I haven't tested extensively.
2) I had to purchase a blu-tooth USB adapter for another $7. I ordered the keyboard thinking it had everything I needed, but I was wrong. If your device already has blu-tooth, this isn't an issue for you. If you don't already have blu-tooth, then realize you'll need to go buy a little USB adapter (you can find them on ebay from china for $1 each or pay $7 from amazon like I did).

I usually reserve a 5-star review for something that exceeds my expectations, and at this price point the QQ-Tech keyboard fits the bill.

I wanted a small "remote control" sized keyboard/touchpad for my HTPC setup. I also have a Gyration remote (best pointing device around for an HTPC, IMO) and a laptop-sized Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard. But it's cumbersome to use two interface devices while relaxing on the couch, hence the QQ keyboard.

As soon as I got it out of the box, I was surprised by the quality. While it's very light, it doesn't feel particularly cheap. There's almost no flex in the case, no creaking or squeaking from badly fit parts, and it seems pretty solid overall. The buttons are a bit firm, but I see that as an advantage: If the keyboard gets lost between some couch cushions or you pick it up quickly, there's very little chance of accidental key presses.

The only downside that I found right off the bat was the ergonomic design -- or rather lack thereof. Obviously this thing is quite small, so it's nearly impossible to achieve great ergonomics. So don't plan on typing your dissertation or even lengthy emails on it. Mainly this is due to the excessive reach of your right thumb over the touchpad to the middle of the keyboard. It's quite a stretch. Again, it's unavoidable due to the device's size, so I don't hold that against it. But it's something you should consider depending upon your use-case. It's absolutely fine for a YouTube or Amazon Instant Video search.

The other awkward part is the layout of the two top "mouse" buttons. In the product photos they're the orange buttons on the top angled edges of the case (though on my device they're black).

Paired this up with a Nvidia Shield (Android Jelly Bean 4.3) for using the device when paired to a bigger screen with an HDMI cable. Touch pad on the keyboard worked right out of the box, and I can so far access all of the same functions I could from the Shield's own touchscreen. I haven't needed to customize any inputs yet. Perfect for playing slower games or running the Shield as an email terminal, Web browser, or Netflix head on a larger screen. A photo of my setup has been uploaded in the Customer Images. No problems with quality, or the on/off switch either. Maybe I got lucky or this has been fixed?
