Its ok as basic ab mat. Cover by vinyl or something similar that prevent absorbing fluid like sweat! I use it for 2 weeks now and it gives nice firm support for my lower back although its little bit high! supporting foam is still ok until now. The highest part of this thing is more than 2.5" close to 3" (see photos)
I'm 5'11 and I feel its little bit high for my back but I can take that! The main problem is sliding during workout, specially in intense ab workout. It has smooth vinyl like fabric covering all front and back making it hard to stay on carpet or floor. I noticed it has one line from back and thought its velcro like fabric that can prevent sliding but, NO. (not sure what the use of that!)
I just wished the back covered or made of something better to prevent the sliding!
