I love the look and feel of the Belkin Surface Pro 3 Sleeve. It reminds me of the soft, slick, stretchy material that wet suits are made of. The construction of the case is also great. The fabric is durable, the zippers are strong, and the stitching is tight and straight with no loose threads. The pulls of the zippers are coated with plastic and impressed with the Belkin name. The exterior pocket is large and the fabric expands enough to store the Pro's charger and even a mini-mouse that I use with the device. I also like that there is additional interior cushioning around all four sides of the case. This extra cushioning helps protect the edges of the SP3 from accidental bumps and knocks.

My only issue with the case is that I actually think it is a little too small for the SP3 when the Microsoft keyboard is attached. The Belkin case fits the SP3 like a glove, and like a glove it takes a little wiggling, pulling and maneuvering to get the SP3 into the case and the zipper zipped up around it. Once inside, the SP3 is swaddled in soft cushion with absolutely no wiggle room. To get the SP3 out of the case I need to pinch the bottom of the case to hold it in place while I pull and wiggle the SP3 through the zipper opening. I really wish the case was 3/8" larger so the SP3 w/ keyboard would slide smoothly into and out of the case. If I remove the keyboard the SP3 does easily slide in and out of the case, but I use my SP3 for programming so I never take it anywhere without the keyboard.

So the perfect SP3 case if you don’t use the keyboard, but a little snug if you always keep the keyboard attached to the SP3.

I ordered this and never thought it wouldn't fit the Surface pro 3 and the keyboard. It will not. Bummer. Otherwise not a bad in your bag protector.

The absolute advantage this case (for my personal use) has over the other two Chromebook cases in our house (one an Amazon basics and one amCase) is that the opening is on the short side. This means I can put it into my backpack and pull the Chromebook out WITHOUT removing the case from the backpack. If you want to be able to pull your Chromebook out of a backpack, this is the case for you. If you want to carry it around in the case, I would look for one with better handles.

This case is heavier neoprene than the Amazon basics or amCase. The sides are also stiffer, a sort of tightly woven plasticized binding. That probably does offer a bit more protection than the other two cases, but not much. The handle is integrated into the top, you pull it out to use, there is not a lot of space for your hand in the gap. The handle on the amCase is easier if you plan to carry around your device by the handle. The Amazon basic does not have a handle.

We have 3 Chromebooks in our family. An Acer C720, an Asus C200 and a Samsung XE303C12-A01US. I am using this case for the Asus. The Acer will fit "naked" but not when it has a snap on case cover on it. The Samsung will also fit. Both fit tightly. This case is pretty narrow, narrower than our other two cases. My Asus Chromebook is 7.8 in (19.8cm) wide and it JUST fits width wise. I tried to put my daughters 11 inch Acer laptop in, it will fit but getting it out (due to the fact that the actual laptop is thicker) would be more of a struggle than I would want to deal with daily.

It costs a little more than my other two cases, but it is made of slightly better materials, a little thicker with stiffer sides than the other two.

This case is well built and very protective.

However, the iPad Pro swims around inside this case. There is so much room, that I can easily fit 3 iPads in here. It should not be listed as a good fit for the iPad Pro (1 star removed). A duffel bag will hold an iPad Pro, but I would not say it is designed for one.

Also, if anyone is interested, the iPad Pro with an Otteerbox Defender will not fit inside this case, but it will accommodate an iPad Pro with an Apple smart keyboard and rear silicon case.

This is a bit of a tight fit for the Surface Pro 3 with the keyboard on. It is difficult going in and difficult to get out compared to the similarly made sleeve I had been using from another manufacturer. I do like the little zip pocket to use with the surface pen and to stow a mouse when I do want to use it. Although the side pocket is large enough to fit the charger, it is a tight fit and I feel that it would risk cracking the screen if anything pushed against the case and power supply because this material is thin.
Overall I think that the material is too thin to offer protection for anything like airline travel. As a case to slide into my bag, it is fine. The case is not, in my opinion, really designed to hold the charger. If you are just going out for 1-2 hours and won't need the charger or if perhaps you are commuting between two locations (work and home) where you have a charger at both locations, this could suffice. But without the ability to carry the charger it is of limited use/value.

Nice for transporting IPad Pro. It fits with a protective case like an ESR fitted. A keyboard will squeeze in too or can be placed in the outer, zippered pocket but that won't zipper closed then. The fit is tight enough to hold it in place though. It would be perfect if it had a slot for the IPencil too but that is minor since it can also go in the outer pocket with cables, etc. Seems sturdy enough and for the price, an outstanding bargain.

As I read reviews, I noticed some negatives were really a matter of getting the wrong size or not distinguishing between Mac model differences in the same, nominal size. For the IPad Pro, the fit is very useful vs. a "made for" sleeve.
