This cute craft is the perfect gift for crafty girls (5-8ish) with an average attention span. The front of the pillow is marked with numbers (like a paint by number pic.) The numbers are nicely spaced and are pre cut to accept the 400+ fabric squares included. It comes with a simple, not too sharp tool to push the fabric square through the pre cut numbers. IT is so, so simple but so satisfying. Also the many fabric pieces come in a ziploc bag so when you want to take a break all of your project is contained and organized. My 6 year old daughter repeated, "this is so cool, this is so cool," for the first 10 minutes of working on the pillow. The only problem will be when she is done with it! I am sure she will want to do more. I plan on using this for future friends bday gifts as well.

This was an awesome gift!! My daughter just turned 8 and she loved this pillow. It's cute and easy enough that she can do it by her self. You just pop in little pieces of fabric into a numbered template. She woke up early this morning so she could work on it. The package came quickly and was of good quality. I would recommend this gift to anyone!!!

My daughter RACED through this pillow. She loved it and was done quite quickly but has a great sense of achievement at her own pillow being on her bed. TIP: The fabric WILL fall out with rough use. Just keep the pop-in pen and let your child push any loose fabric back in.

This is a really awesome gift for 5 year olds. They can do it independently and really feel like they accomplished something. The product itself is cute and the colors bright. The price was great. Thisbis my new "go to" gift for 4-5 year olds. My daughter received one for her birthday and then we bought one for a friend's birthday and both girls were ecstatic with this project. It is an addicting craft for little ones and super easy to do. You basically pop in fabric all over the molded plastic. No glue is necessary and other than little pieces of fabric, it is not messsy at all. Also another great thing about it is a parents help is not needed once they get the hang of it. I think that is one reason it was such a hit as it can truly be done independently. I like that it comes with a color coded chart as well. I will definitely be buying more!

Purchased the PLUSH CRAFT HEART PILLOW CRAFT for 3 granddaughters, ages: 4 1/2; 5 1/2 and 10 years. They were so excited to accomplish the creativity of this fun project. There were additional colored fabric pieces if any should be lost. The instructions were easy to follow; pillow fabric markings (by color code) were easily identifiable and the project was enough to hold a child's attention to complete within a day.
