I really don't care for this thyme at all. Thyme is a staple for most of my cooking, but this is one of those purchases that I am regretting. I usually purchase other organic brands and just bought a few things from Amazon for this company because of a recent coupon offering, but I don't like it at all. Oddly, it arrived about two weeks after I ordered it, so that was really strange, anyway. I will stick with my tried and true brands, as this is the second Spice Hunter item I have been less than impressed with. I am going to grind up the rest, as the other just doesn't cook into things--were like little weed sticks on top of my soup than were not pleasant to eat.
