This stuff is fantastic. It only takes a couple minutes to prepare, and it is authentic duck confit from France. There are four pieces and each one is a good size portion. It also is covered in duck fat so you can boil some new potatoes and finish frying them in the duck fat. Fry the confit in the fat and top with a bit of greens like arugula, and you have a quick and delicious meal.

If it sounds like I am too excited about it not to be actually working for these people, I assure you I am not....you can bet they wouldn't say, "This s*** is awesome!"

My aunt brought this directly from France when she and her husband came to visit me and my family. They prepared it for us and IT WAS AMAZING!!! I enjoyed it so much. We also saved all the fat because it goes great with cooking.
