Love love love it!
I was quite interested in menstrual cups and tried using Mooncups at first. But my cervix sits very high. It goes over 3 inches. So the mooncup will go in so deep that even with the full stem it's almost out of reach. However the full length stem was too irritating I couldn't even walk, so I had to chop it off. Now it's lost inside my body. With a long effort of pushing(reminding myself of those good o'days during labor ;) ) I was barely able to reach the stem. And then pulling it out is another story with the short and slippery stem just within reach of my fingertips. How are you supposed to press the cup when you can't even reach it after 5~10 minutes of pushing? Also throughout the whole time I had bad cramping, which is unlikely to happen at my 5th day of period.

So, I had enough trouble with the Mooncup and did my research. Lilycup was by far the longest cup with a short stem, smaller diameter and a non-slip stem for an easier grip. It was perfect!. Lilycup didn't give me cramping, was easy to put in and pull out, no irritation from stem(or less irritation. sometimes I do feel it but not too uncomfortable), and lasts longer without leaking. I still have to empty it out every 2~8 hours since I have seriously heavy flow(no joke) but the emptying job is so easy and not a problem at all.

A few notes.
1. Lilycup is the longest menstrual cup(3.07'') out there in the market (compare to Diva cup 2.25' or Mooncup (US)2.05~2.13'', (UK) 1.97''). If you are unsure how high or low your cervix sits during menstruation(normally lower than usual), this is not recommended to be the first to try out.
2. Lilycup is one of the smaller diameter cups(1.57~1.7''). It's diameter is similar to the petite, small, shorty versions of other cups.

This is my second cup. My first was a Diva, which I got in a size 2 because I am over 30. I have never had a vaginal birth. The age=size thing turned out to be wrong (they should really change that recommendation IMO), leading me to search for another, smaller cup. I ended up with a Lily Size A and I really like it.

I love the petal smooth silicon and the color. The inward turned lip on top is a cool feature, which I presume provides added security. I like it better than the thick ridge of my other cup, which presses against my bladder and makes me feel like I have to pee.

I find it more difficult to insert correctly. I find it very soft and my muscles tend to squash it down. Sometimes I think it is never going to open. At times, it takes an enormous amount of patience and sometimes about 5 minutes of work to get it in right, but once I do, it's a dream. It doesn't leak, and I can't feel it at all.

I haven't been able to get the size B cup to open completely while inserted. I've tried all the different folds suggested, and I've also tried the suggested ways of adjusting the cup while inserted. Nothing seemed to work for me. Since I was having such a difficult time with this cup, I decided to try another brand. I went with one that was intended for active people (I'm 32, 1 vaginal birth, very active, with strong pelvic floor muscles). My body responded better to the firmer cup. The Lily Cup felt like it was being crushed while inside of me, and I think I just needed something more firm (no pun intended).

I really wanted this cup to work; I like everything about it. The material feels nice, it's soft, it folds over at the top to prevent spilling, the stem is easy to grab, and its fill capacity is impressive. However, I think it's too large of a cup for me, and the material is too soft for my fit. I would still recommend this cup to women who are interested in menstrual cups though. I wouldn't recommend it to those with a low cervix, because the cup is very long. If you are unsure about where your cervix is positioned during menstruation, check it. You can get some tips on how to do that from this link: http://www.wikihow.com/Buy-a-Menstrual-Cup

Also, I want to add that the guidelines on how the cup might fit on most of the menstrual cups company sites habitually exclude the disclaimer about how important the strength of your pelvic floor muscles are in this equation. This is most-likely due to the fact that no one knows how strong you are but you. I still think there could be a friendly heads-up here and there so I don't go buying every menstrual cup on the market until I find one that my vagina-of-steel won't smash like a soda can in a junkyard car crusher, but I digress. I found this site useful when faced with the task of finding a cup that works best for me: http://parent.guide/best-menstrual-cup-the-ultimate-guide/#pros

I have tons of experience with menstrual cups. This one is by far one of my very favorites. Insertion and removal is simple and easy. No strong suction, but does the job. the stem can be cut nearly and inch. The unique rim is helpful with removal to prevent spilling or splashes. It's also simple to clean.

Where has this been all my life. I've had nothing but menstrual issues for years and spent tons on monthly needs. This has already saved me money and time. Not having to constantly be running to check on things is awesome. Easy to use and minimal up keep. I've been telling tons of people this will be life changing.
