I thought that this was whole bean... oops. I prefer to grind me own, but the coffee is amazing. I prefer light roast (American Roast) and this is just that. So if you like light roast and pre-ground, this is for you.

Very smooth and complex flavor

I was searching Amazon for fair trade organic coffees and decided to try this one, partially because of the low price. The grocery story store we go to has organic coffee but is almost all overly flavored with different candy like flavors like vanilla mocha and caramel sunrise. Not really my thing.

Not overly powering, but this has TONS of flavor. This particular blend is ground extremely fine. Fine like powder, which is apparently why it is labeled Turkish powder. Am I an idiot? Perhaps. I have never seen coffee ground so fine, but am enjoying it nonetheless.

I believe coffee ground this fine is meant to be directly added to boiling water and not filtered traditionally, but I am really enjoying it in my standard coffee maker.

Well packaged and high quality, I will try more of their flavors in the future.

I'm no coffee house snob, but for the price this is good.

I can't say that I'm any sort of wine swisher and spitter, or a coffee-house snob. Just an average guy that likes a little more kick in my coffee in the afternoon for that little "pick-up". I don't like spending high bucks on stale coffee at the grocery store, to hand-grind it out of those bins. And, there isn't a lot of choices on the shelf for espresso grind. So, once again I took to the internet to find something. I bought a bunch of Coffee Fool varieties, mainly because of price and reviews. They can put all kinds of fancy names and pictures on them, and claim all kinds of fancy gourmet taste qualities. And I'll admit some of it really smells great. But in the end, I don't notice a huge difference between different coffees unless you're comparing it to something like dark roast. So overall, this coffee espresso grind is a decent tasting , good smelling, good value espresso.

The grind is not as fine as Turkish, it is coarser, about like espresso, but too coarse to be real Turkish. Flavor is good.
