These are good zippered pillow protectors for a fair price. You can find them cheaper, but that means driving and time wasted and I like Amazon Prime to bring them right to my house, so they price seems very good to me.

I like to keep bedding very fresh and clean, especially pillows. Once a year I wash all the pillows in my house (yes it can be done without ruining them, just use the hand wash cycle on the washer and line dry on a hot day). I always use pillow protectors and two pillowcases on each pillow, and I change the outermost pillowcase every few days. So we have lots of pillowcases!

I recently bought some memory foam pillows that can't be washed. I bought these cases specifically for them. They fit perfectly.

The cloth is not as "silky" as some, but, since one puts a pillowcase over it, that does not matter. The cloth seems to be quite sturdy to last well.

Everyone should own pillow protectors like these. I have found myself getting rid of perfectly good pillows simply because of ugly stains. These do a good job of preventing that, just wash the pillow protectors instead. Simple.

I have an unusual use for these pillow protectors. I use them on my cat beds, so that the cat fur doesn't get so embedded in the cat bed fabric. This way I can just wash the covers every week with no hassle.
