Heavy duty. Multiple degrees of incline. Can be used for decline bench, and seated behind neck or overhead press as well. It's heavy, but wheels make moving it around no problem. I got it at a local fitness place, assembled, for almost $100 less than the price here!

Poor design and very unstable with certain exercises. Has a tendency to tup over given narrow front support. Difficult to adjust. If I could return this product I would. I would look elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the workbench accessories which are not much better in design.
