I have used this product for over 7 years and don't know how I could live without it. I have been totally incontinent for over 15 years since my radical prostatectomy. I am an avid runner and this product has allowed me to wear only one pad at a time - even for a full marathon. I clean them periodically and they last for several years. Since these are all plastic, they can be worn through airport security.

My husband said they are comfortable and feels that he won't have to worry about buzzers going off when we fly! The fact that there are 3 different lengths for the sides for each clamp makes it ideal if you are using them for the first time and are not sure of which size to get.

I been using Dribblestop since prototype days in 2005. That be 10 years experience with Dribblestop. I personally know the inventor. He had need and nothing on the market fit need so he invented Dribblestop. It is important to learn the correct pressure and as the Dribblestop ages one has to tighten the clamp a bit.

It is difficult to determine what size parts to use. I find the Cunningham clamp much better and easier to use. Don't recommend you buy it.
