Good product overall, but product documentation could use some improvement and there are UDIMM compatibility issues. I also ran into the issue of my system not posting with 2 processors installed. I called technical support, informing them of the Q-CODE "BC" displayed on the motherboard, but did not receive any useful assistance. Searching through various forums, I found a few posts where users with similar issues found a resolution to the issue. Their solution was to replace the Non-ECC DDR3 UDIMMS with ECC DDR3 UDIMMS. Asus documentation states that Non-ECC issues were resolved as of BIOS version 5206, but I still had issues with version 5602. I found a qualified vendors list containing a listing of UDIMMS the board was verified to function with and all of the UDIMMS listed were ECC. I replaced my Non-ECC UDIMMS with ECC UDIMMS and my system has been running smoothly ever since with both processor sockets populated.

Two boards in a row and out of the box, the second processor does not work. Board will post with one CPU but once the second is installed in the secondary socket, the board quits posting. (Yes I did verify both CPU's were good) Forum searches have revealed that others have had this problem to. Amazon is great about returns but since the replacement did the same thing, the only alternative is to send to ASUS. Guess I'll have to wait 10 days or so to get this computer going. I would avoid purchasing this product if I had it all to do over again.
