I ordered this tag for my new puppy and it was sent super quick. One thing I would do differently is indicate that I want lower case for the street name because mine has many (12) letters and 2 digits and it looked a bit crowded across he bone. The item info did state that upper case only would be used unless otherwise specified, but I didn't notice that bit of information

The laser engraving looks very nice, yet the glossy black finish of the tag itself chips and scratches very quickly.

warning: the spring ring included is very cheap and very flimsy. my pet tag was lost in the weeds and i had to order another to replace it.

These are advertised as engraved, and when ours arrived, it came with a card that tells you that even though it doesn't look engraved (it looks painted on), it is engraved because it's laser engraved. Honestly, it still looks like paint. Our tag got so scratched up, just by my dog shaking. I picked this tag because it has the option for 3 lines instead of just 2, but it looks old already and it's barely a month old.

As I waited for this to arrive, I was thinking about giving this a negative review. I went out on day 11 and bought one locally thinking I would just return the amazon one, but I kept the amazon one for the following reasons.

- The engraving on the amazon one fits a lot better. It goes out further, and you can control the capitals so it's just a better engraving for a long address.

-It's a lot easier to see. The silver on black is very recognizable and it's a nice font, the one from the pet store was indented silver on silver which is fine, but not easy to see.

-It looks sleek, (I really like the look with a black nose) and is very sturdy. Of course the first thing I did when I got it was try to scratch the letters off and bend the name tag to see what type of punishment it could take. I was pleasantly surprised, I expect this to last longer than I will need it.

Summary
In the end, I was frustrated that it took so long to get, but it's a much better product than I can get at the pet store and it's less than half the price. Will purchase again, already recommended to a friend.

I ordered this tag for my new puppy. It is small enough to not bother him, and he hasn't tried to take it off. The info is on both sides of the tag. I love that you can write as much info as you want. It came exactly as ordered,and I'm very pleased. When you order, put your info in the gift section. They're nice looking tags and I'm fine with the laser engraving, but the black wears off of the metal quickly.

The picture shows a large name and three lines of text, but the actual fonts used are much larger than this, and they seem to only allow three total lines of text, not the four pictured.
