This is a sturdy SIM sizer. I needed the micro size for a used cell phone I got off eBay. It came in, packed with a pair of tweezers and a rough piece of sand paper. I turned it upside down, put in the sim card and pressed down the handle.. out came the sim. I sanded the top edges and it fit perfectly into the cell phone. New sims are a little thiner so not sure how it would do with some, but for me I like it.

The one time I had to use it .... It worked perfectly.

I now own a cutter that I hopefully will never need to use again.....but it did do exactly what was needed. I cut a sim down to micro when I changed from an Atrix to a Nexus 4. The micro sim fit and worked perfectly when inserted.

A definite recommend (but I'll probably put it back up for sale on eBay!)

I cute two Standard SIM cards down to micro size. The cutter is easy to use and for me was very accurate. One SIM fit perfectly without any sanding. The other required slight sanding. Sand paper is provided with the cutter. Both SIMs still work and fit great. I recommend this cutter.
