Adorable party hats and they're strong enough for a 2 year old! These party hats are not just cute and full color, they're also more durable than some others we've seen. The string lasted for a birthday party of 2 year olds--that's quite a feat.

Purchased for my granddaughters 2nd b-day party
It was perfect for her Elmo theme
A few did have the strings pull out while the kids were playing with them but nothing a staple (put in backwards) couldn't fix
The kids loved it.

We got only 1 Elmo, 3 Cookie Monsters and 4 Big Birds which was really disappointing. Had hope for at least a couple of Elmos since that is my daughter's favorite character.

These hats are just as discribed. They arrived on time, they look just like the picture, and worked well for our Sesame Street party. My only compaint would be the lack of female (abby, zoe or rosalita) characters. However, who doesnt love Elmo, Cookie and Big Bird?

I didn't like the cheap material. I wish the elastic band was of better quality.
I can't complain though since the price was decent.

Really cute party hats. Love the cropped closeups of the different Sesame Street characters. We didn't actually end up using them, but I thought they were really well designed and printed for kids party hats.
