Fantastic old school style push scooter. Heavy duty and very nice. Comes with all the bells and whistles.. stand, front & rear brakes, nice, big spoke rim and tires. Plenty big enough for a 5 year old to a teenager. Very impressed. Assembly was quick and easy with minimum tool requirements. All the hard stuff was pre-assembled. Very well pleased as I'm sure my child will be also.

Assembly was fairly easy. Quality is less than I had hoped. I bought 2 and each one had different problems. 1 had a flat with a sharp spoke screw causing it. The other has a slightly bent front rim which cause the front brakes and front fender to rub. I had to totally disassemble the kickstand on one, the adjustment didn't help, and tried to rebuild it because it lets the scooter lean over too much and won't stand up but it didn't help much. I paid $89 each and bought them because the " kickbike " I wanted was $249. I wish I saved the money on these.

Just received our new scooter, love it! I did have to adjust both bearings for both wheels and the headset too. I have bicycle tools so was not difficult. Great quality and with a bit of adjustment is a very nice ride. May just have to get one for me too.

I had heard all the horror stories about small bikes/scooters. The two bikestars I got for my grandsons were great. Sturdy, roll easily, easy to assemble and the seems safer than most. The're adjustable for growing kids. A small instruction on fine tuning the brakes would have helped, but I had no problem with them. I recommend them highly.
