Called Tech Support Had it set up yo return as I couldn't get it to work to save my life. Found a different way to program it and works like a champ.

Press and hold down the stream button, type in 53061and let go of the stream button. Now push the stream button and use the Roku.

If that code does not work try the other one listed in the manual

I'm using this to control my Samsung TV, Roku, and Apple TV. It's easy to program and has codes for streaming devices (Roku, Apple TV, etc). It's ergonomically shaped and has the minimum number of useful buttons in a logical layout. Some buttons light up, and the illumination button glows in the dark.

There are a few minor shortcomings, but they aren't a big deal considering the price:

- For Roku users, it doesn't include a "*" button - you can mostly get by without it but it would have been nice to have it included.

- Each of the 3 device buttons only let you program that type of device. So you can't control more than one device of the same type (although there is a trick that will let you control an Apple TV plus one other streaming device (see Comments for details).

- The directional and OK buttons are kind of cramped and squishy, meaning sometimes your presses are ignored or misread if you have fat fingers and/or aren't careful.

- Only the directional and OK (and guide) buttons light up, not all of them. Maybe in a pitch dark room the illumination will spread to more buttons, but it's kind of silly that they didn't try to light more of them in the first place.

One is a Sharp LCD, one a Samsung LED, and the other a Panasonic LCD so the fact the all worked was amazing since the price is so much cheaper than the high tech remotes. I cannot recommend this highly enough for the price

The remote on my mother's extremely cheap HDTV from Viore decided to stop working. No battery in the world could save it. My mother is 67 years old, and remote controls are pretty foreign to her. So I wanted to replace her dead remote with something that was easy.

This is great! the buttons are large, they operate everything on her TV from the volume controls to the menu options, and it's a very compact size. I wish all of the buttons would light up in the dark, but only the power button on the top does. Other than that, no complaints. A great value, no compatibility issues, great for seniors!

This is an amazing bargin. I am using it to control DVD, Apple TV and Vizio Tv. The only down side actually programming and enter codes. This is a VERY Minor inconvenience and took about 8 minutes. Just read the instructions. As for the ergonomics the remote feels great in your hand. The only better remote out their is the Tivo remote. As I said for $8 or $10 bucks just buy it.
