Installs in less than hour. Good product, good construction, and sturdy. Just wished it extended a bit longer. It's a good 8 inches from the tailgate so you can easily reach underneath the rack and unlock it, which means it's not ideal to store anything under the rack if you have your roof off. At least when you have the roof on, you can stick shopping bags and stuff underneath the rack without anyone seeing it.

Very solid. I can rock the entire vehicle by yanking on the shelf. Install was straightforward - have to do some tweaking on the alignment. Shelf serves the purpose of storage (on top) and keeping things under it out of sight when the top is off. They must have addressed the "rattling" issue (they actually referenced how to avoid it in the directions)... Unlike other shelves, it flips up which is handy in a pinch.

I have had this installed on my 2013 Wrangler Unlimited for several months. The shelf is great, I love using it. Went in easy enough, well built. The only downsides are that when folded up, it blocks your rearview mirror, and when empty it does rattle a bit, where the shelf latches to the base. I think if I add some thicker rubber weatherstrip it would solve the rattle problem. otherwise it really makes the cargo area more usable and accessible. Also serves to cover and somewhat protect the lower cargo area when the roof is off.

Action Packer Storage boxes fit perfectly side by side atop this shelf. I have traveled both with cargo on the shelf and without and have not experienced any squeaking nor reason for complaint.

Neat product, took about an hour or two to install. Installed it in a 2015 JK Unlimited. Fit was good and did not have any issues understanding instructions. Only drawback is that it does make getting items in and out of your trunk area a bit more of a thought process. You have to think about what is currently under the rack (I primarily wanted the rack to "hide" my subwoofer and toolbox) and whether what you are putting on top of the rack will be OK if you take the top down/off. It does rattle a bit and I have not found the rattle as it only seems to rattle while I am driving...weird, huh? If I locate the source of the rattle, I will update and advise any fix I used to cure it. But so far the rack is holding up fine and has held probably 75-100lbs on it with no issues so far.

Fits very nicely and extremely solid. Bought a non skid rubber mat from Home Depot and cut to fit. Very impressed with this product. Off road it initially rattled, but I added some extra felt strips and that cured it.
