i have a bad back. this is a great help mate. i have a longer version with the heavier black rubber cups. these blue silicone cups pick up most things, but i find it difficult to pick up coins and the like. i mainly use this ez reacher for my bike ride. i pick up recycling and coins so i swapped out the blue cups to my longer reacher which i use in the house. i like the 26" for the bike ride because i can put it in my basket without it sticking out too far and it's enough reach to pick up recyclables without getting off the bike. the locking feature also aids in ease of use on the ride. i keep the tab down for the auto lock and use the lever release to grab something. when i finish picking up, i close the grabber which makes it much easier to stick into and retrieve out of the basket.
As for the buying process, all was well. quick delivery. everything as promised. will probably buy any future reachers here.
