When I got the pen, it didn't work. The refill tip is too big for the opening. That makes me seriously doubt that this is an actual Pentel pen. If someone had just tried to click it before shipping it they would've seen that it was inoperable. After taking it apart and forcing the refill through the hole many times, it finally works. It didnt come in any packaging, ok thats fine. But the color is wrong, it's not aqua or mint...it is baby blue. I specifically wanted an aqua, mint, tiffany-blue color and this isn't it. The one positive is that the gel writes very smooth. So I will keep it and use it but I'm still searching for the correct color.

Love all these Pentel Energel Pens, I use them at work and go through so many refills, they write so smoothly and I love the new color and will continue getting them as new colors come out!!! Sometimes if I can't get an add-on for refills it's a little cheaper to buy the actual pens so always check for specials and add-ons before assuming the refills are cheaper. I just watch for sales on the regular pens to refill my Aquamarine, Pink and Chrome ones. Only issue I have is that if I let a guest sign their hotel registration card with them steal them LOL. I make sure to get them back now! I get so many comments about the look and the smooth ink flow. Everyone thinks they're expensive.

I love these pens! I have one in this color, two in pink, and one in silver. They write super smoothly and the refills are pretty inexpensive. I write a lot during the day, so I like to carry multiple pens in case I run out, but it's way more affordable than buying a whole new pen. I also love that it's got a nice heft to it and feels like an expensive pen, but it's so inexpensive. I have a $100 fountain pen that doesn't feel (or write) as nicely as this one!

DON'T BUY THIS PEN. It is not the color pictured. It is just a regular blue pen. They are altering the color in the pictures. Really messed up.
