I have a vintage 1970 Ampeg SVT 810 squareback speaker cabinet with the original 4 pin connector jack and needed a spare speaker cable and the only one I could find online was $25 but I took an existing 1/4" spkr cable I had and added this to one end. Works great.

XLR to TRS adapter

I used this connector to make a custom 1/4" TRS to 4 pin XLR adapter. This allows me to plug my Sennheiser HD800 headphones which are terminated with a 4 pin XLR connector into my unbalanced headphone amp.

The adapter is heavy duty, and soldering/wiring the cable was a piece of cake.

Not sure what else to add... product works as expected.
