So cute and funny!

This costume is adorable! After reading all the reviews, I was super confused on which size I should buy...ultimately I decided on 12-18 months (my 17 month old is 23 pounds/30 inches). After receiving the costume, I think I see why there is so much back and forth. The costume was longer than I expected. I can't imagine how long it would be on a 12 month old! That being said, the mid section is a bit smaller than I expected. It definitely still fits him, but I think I just expected more room around his tummy based on the length of the costume. It just seems a little disproportionate. That is the ONLY reason I gave 4 stars. The costume is great quality! It was exactly as pictured and I would definitely recommend! I did attach the sizing chat that actually comes on the package.

VERY POOR service and VERY RUDE representatives. If I could rate this below 1 star like say 0 stars, i totally would!

I purchased a costume(size large) from CostumeHub(AKA Best Service Stores) on Oct 9th, 2013. At the time of purchase only 3 larges were left in stock according to the site. While the item shipped right away, upon receipt I noticed that it was the wrong size(size small). The costume arrived on Saturday, 10-12 and because this company is closed over the weekend the only thing I could do was call and leave a message at which point I requested a call back. When I had not heard from them on Monday, 10-14, I called them. The representative that answered advised me that there were no more larges in stock and that I could only return the item for a refund. Even though the item could be returned I was still very disappointed and irritated at the poor service I received and tried to explain my frustration to them so that this wouldn't happen to someone else. She became rude and unprofessional and did not want to accept any responsibility on behalf of the company for their error. When I requested to speak to a manager due to her inappropriate attitude, she refused. I tried calling back a few more times to try to get a hold of a different representative but she answered every time an right away advised that speaking with a manager just would not happen. I then called Amazon. The representative from Amazon called the company, while I was on the line, and requested a supervisor. The woman who answered was just as rude and unprofessional and kept talking over me, preventing me from speaking. I ended the call out of frustration and upon reviewing the return form noticed that they had typed as the reason for return "problem customer" and "customer lost temper", which is unacceptable and false.Read more ›

Brave little Viking

The medium size fit my 25 pound, 33 inch tall, 1 year old son perfectly. Hes currently wearing 18month regular clothes, I hope that helps figure out what size to get. It fits right over his regular clothes, and even has little boots to fit over his normal shoes. Cannot wait to take him trick-or-treating!

Love it!!

OMG This is so stinkin cute! I have never seen anything like it. I have twin 1 yr old boys and a 2 yr old girl. We are doing a "how to train your dragon" theme so one boy is this Viking and one is a dragon. The hat and boots are separate the rest all one piece. Closures on back and legs. Made from very nice fabric, not typical costume material.

This was a PERFECT outfit for my 9mth old brother. It fit just right for his size. If he would have been 12mths it might have been too small. Plus, it was warm and made very sturdy.

So adorable and well made!

This costume is absolutely adorable. It is thick and well made with a nice liner inside. The only issue I had putting it on is that the liner is not attached thoroughly inside so it slides around making the arms a little difficult to get on. Other than that it's perfect. You are getting a way better quality product for much much less than you will get or pay for at a Halloween store. This same outfit is over $40 on eBay! My son is 29 1/2 inches, 24lbs and had an 18 inch head. He is 6 months old. I ordered a small 6-12 months and it fits him literally perfect, any smaller and it would be TOO small, so if your child's larger than mine I would go up a size for sure.

Even better than I expected!

It arrived timely & is absolutely adorable. The quality is great for a costume, the blue & brown are soft velvety material, and the whole costume is lined with thin silky black material on the inside, which is great for fall time outdoor activities. The grey fur around the belly and arms is so cute! My costume is a ONE PIECE suit, not two-piece as I saw others comment.
My son is 10 months old, and quite a chunk, about 22 lbs. I ordered the 12-18 month size, and it is big, but it fits as I expected it to- comfortably with growing room, and room to layer clothes underneath in case it is very cold outside.
The hat is PRECIOUS! The beard is attached, it fits on his head perfectly, and the beard sits comfortably under his chin & doesn't seem to bother him too much. It is removable via velcro, which is a nice feature. I definitely recommend this, I am guessing we will be getting loads of compliments!

True to size fit, beard detaches -- great costume, very warm.

This was an awesome costume. The little guy received a lot of compliments on this one. My only issue is that the shirt/pants are one piece, and we had a really hard time getting the boychild into the outfit. The pants do completely unsnap at the legs (like a sleeper), but it would've been much easier in two pieces. The beard was detachable from the hat-- so that was a plus. It stayed on nicely, until he discovered he wanted to chew on it. And then it was very easy to take off (velcro). I would highly recommend this costume, and regret I can't find another occassion to use it.
When we first opened the package it looked HUGE... but once I actually put it on him, it fit really well (it was loose in the tummy, but that was a good thing). My child is 10 months, 18 pounds and we purchased the SMALL (6-12 months)-- I would say it's very true to size, as he has plenty of extra room in it, but could've worn it a couple months ago.

Awful!

Very itchy and cheap materal, I was not expecting organic cotton but this was awful. Also, v awkward to put on a baby, it runs long and I don't recommend it at all.
