the remote is hard to open for battery, in fact it fell on floor and rolled somewhere. so i have to fine out what battery it takes, other than that IT IS great, easy install over windows 7 and my windows 8.1.
I hope it will be alright when Windows 10 comes out in Sept or later in 2015.
It came to the house safe and no water damage.
Wish the info type was larger, I cant understand all of the white space on the info when they could have made the type easyer for seniors to read. Other than that, its wonderful.
One last point, my windows media center will not let me install windows 7 version for me to record in WMC like the info says.
But I dont want to store recorded programs because I seem never have that much time to watch programs for hours,
like some of my friends do.
However I am not a overweight as they are.!!!!
