I bought these cookies really wanting to love them.

As an exclusive pumper for three months, before I got the hang of nursing my daughter, supply was a constant worry for me. Believe me when I say I have tried absolutely everything to maintain a good supply. I have heard great things about these cookies from friends, support groups, and lactation specialists.

First off the price was a little off putting for me, but I figured- if they worked, it would be worth it. I figured I could shave off a few dollars by buying the ones you cook yourself. I love to bake, so I figured this would be an easy enough task.

Unfortunately, this is where the problems began for me. I followed the instructions to a T. My cookies turned out runny, and would not bake evenly no matter what I tried. I decided rather than waste all the money, I would eat them anyway and see if they helped me supply issues.

They didn't. I wasted the almost thirty dollars, for burnt cookies, that didn't taste very good or bake well.

I have personal friends who have had better experiences, so maybe I just got a bad batch of mix?
Not sure, but I know I won't be forking over that money again.

Buyer beware.

It really helped to boost my milk supply, and they taste pretty good too. The price is pretty high for oatmeal cookies though. I found that eating instant oatmeal with added fruit like blueberries or dried cranberries helped to boost my supply too. It was worth it when I felt like down and my supply was not enough, but after it boosted it, I was able to maintain my supply by eating oatmeal with fruit or make my own oatmeal cookies.

While these cookies did help to increase my milk supply they were SUPER sweet. I wasn't expecting the sugar content to be so high. I'm vegan so I used bananas instead of eggs to bake these and it didn't turn out as I hoped. They were too soft. I even allowed them to cool off and they still continued to crumble into pieces. Next time I will probably just buy some of the ingredients separately and see if that makes a difference. Anyone needing to increase their milk supply without the hassle of gathering up the ingredients should definitely give this a try.

These cookies used to be phenomenal. They were chewy, moist and delicious. But now, the cookies are all dairy free (amongst other changes to the cookie formula) and now they taste bland, crunchy and unpleasant. Even trying to use the cookie mix at home and adding dairy was unsuccessful for flavor and moistness. I'm not sure if it worked for increasing milk supply because I did truck through eating these. Can't say that I noticed a change.

These cookies taste great and freeze well. I made the batch and put the uncooked ones on wax paper in the freezer. They baked up just fine later. I had other issues so can't really say if they did anything for milk production but I suspect they helped some. Definitely worth a try.

Taste was great, I added chocolate chips in mine and a colored melting chocolate dish to mark the day of the week to eat it. When they say these cookies spread out while baking they mean it. Sandwich bag sized cookies. Unfortunately not too much help in the milk department, but nothing else has seemed to work either so maybe its just my time to dry up.

I found these to be very greasy and not at all tasty. Additionally, my daughter spit up a lot the two days that I ate them. I didn't notice any change in supply, but I also gave up after two days due to the potential effect they were having on my daughter.
