I got this weight vest a couple months ago and I love it! I guess my parents bought it on the perfect fitness website because it's not available here ([...])
So the weight vest is very comfortable, easy and fast to put on and easy to change size. My friends who are bigger than I use it too and it fits them as well as it fits me.
As you can see in the video it doesn't move at all, it's just very comfortable (and I didn't really strap it tight). I use it for push-ups, muscle ups (video), pull-ups, dips, lunges, squats, ... as well as hiking, jogging, walking stairs, ...

I can really recommend this product !

Since losing a large amount of weight, my endocrinologist suggested I start using a weighted walking vest to try to avoid losing bone density. Since I am very small, most of the vests were way too large and heavy and shifted off my shoulders. The vest itself only weighs 1 lb. Plus, most of the other brands cost much more than this one.
This one is PERFECT!!

Since I am supposed to slowly add the weight (adding 1/2 to 1 lb every 10 to 14 days), I started with 4 lbs (2 in the front and 2 in the back) for a total weight, including the vest itself, of 5 lbs. I was surprised at how just that small amount of weight felt!
I have also purchased a 5 lb set of 10 soft 1/2 lb weights that I use to slowly add to the vest weight.

I liked this vest so much that I told both of my older sisters who have osteoporosis about it. One of them went home and ordered it that very same day and is using it daily.

So, for the price, this is an exceptional weighted vest!!

works well. if you plan to run in it the upper sand bags will beat you in the chest.. its helped my stamina and core to get tighter. just walking and stair climbing. if it was more stable I could run with it.

Fits very well, feels very well made. I've been using it for well over 2-3 weeks and it's still great. Definitely helps strengthen my legs and core just walking around with it. I wear it to the gym and it is still good. Only thing is that the weights that go over your lats sometimes flops out if you bend over or jump. But that's no big deal.

Well made product that is easy to put on. It really helps to increase the intensity of my walking and climbing routine. I wish the pockets that hold the weights were a little deeper to keep the weights in place when handling the vest to take on or off. Otherwise it's a Great product!

When I was looking for a weighted vest to use for bodyweight exercises, I was thinking of getting a larger vest (somewhere in 40-60lb range). I had never used a weighted vest before and I didn't 20 lbs was going to be enough of a challenge. Boy was I wrong.

My body was just not used to the extra weight, so I figured I minus well start with the 20lb and it was a good idea that I did. It took me a while to get the body adjusted to the extra weight. I initially started doing pull ups, push ups, sit ups, squats,etc...at the full 20 lbs and it was a major struggle (now I do it with ease). At the beginning, it was really difficult, so if you are new to weighted vest, start with a 1lb and just slowly work yourself up to it.

After about 3 months, I was doing the exercises on the full 20lb vest, and the results have been great. Never been leaner or more muscular in my life just by doing body weight exercises. The vest itself is very well made. Strong fabric. The weights are easy to get in and out of the slots. It's comfortable to put on. The straps don't bother the shoulders like some other weighted vests that I've tried since then do. Easy to take off. The velcro stays on nice and tight. Excellent and useful product.

I've only had the vest for about a week, so I'm not writing about durability. It appears fairly well made and is highly adjustable for different body sizes. My son and I have both used it - I'm 6" 200 lbs and he's 5'10 140 lbs, and we were both able to position it such that it didn't move around excessively during exercise, and although it seems light, the extra 20 lbs. really wears me out fast. I like the flexibility of being able to put the weights where I want - low, high, back, front - without too much trouble. The weight pockets are a little snug but I guess they need to be that way to prevent jostling around during movement. I've read reviews that say the shoulder straps are a little uncomfortable but haven't experienced such a problem.
