Careful please. It is made with V-caps but the actual ingredients:
"This product contains an ingredient derived from crustacean shells (shrimp, lobster, crab)."
It sounds like a good product but their wording is tricky and deceptive, not cool.

I had a real bad outbreak of colitis. Had been dormant for years. Something made it flare up and I saw this in Sprouts market and thought I would give it a try. After 4 months of eating rice, light meals and sometime going with food, Ultimate Flora started working. I take it along with Intestinew and Organic Clear fiber. It's a winning combo.
