My old ergo keyboard had loose keys, and I hated to give it up, for fear I wouldn't find another one that had the two halves of the keyboard angled out, to be kind to my wrists. But I found this one online, and when I tried it, my wrists were happy. Also, I noted that unlike previous keyboards, which wrongly had little feet on the back to tilt the keyboard down in teh front, this one had a base that raises up the front to keep it level, another good ergo feature. On the downside, this keyboard came with zero instructions as to how to program the "favorites" keys. Maybe directions are online, but I haven't taken the time to look. Another thing is that the "control" key is too close to the "shift" key, so often I hit it instead of "shift." But it has met my main requirement of being divided and ergonomic for my wrists.

I have a love/hate relationship with this keyboard. This is my second one. The other one works just fine and the only reason I bought another one is because the letters and numbers wore off of the keys and (being a lousy typist who must look at the keyboard) I NEED to see which keys I'm typing on. My new keyboard, only 3 months old, is losing its O and R already!! Otherwise, I love this thing. My wrists and arms feel so much better when I use it. I don't mind the noise at all, since I used it at home and usually the TV is on, the dogs are making a ruckus, etc. so it just all blends in with the rest of the noise. But the keys losing their letters really irritates me to no end! That's just not right....

UPDATE: It's now May 30th, 2013 and since the first review I made, I've now lost the A and the E. Cheaply made, even though it does the trick ergonomically.

Let me preface by saying my keyboard says "v1.0" after the model number.
I use mine at work so am on it all the time.
I would prefer it to have not quite so pronounced a hump and angle, but that is just a personal preference and not anything to downgrade the stars on. The overall feel and appearance are nice with a good selection of extra function keys and a comfortable padding. If it weren't for the one major engineering flaw, it would be a good value.
Here's the flaw - the heart of a keyboard is the keys obviously and the engineers dropped the ball on this one. First, the spring resistance is a little stiff in my opinion. However, the real problem is that they designed it so the keys must be pushed exactly in the center and directly down in order to work properly. Since no one can push every key exactly correctly every time, it results in a very unpleasant and error-filled experience. I did this experiment - you can do it too - just pick any key, and push it slightly off center with your index finger. It's like there's suddenly glue on the edges and it takes considerable force (for a keyboard key) to push down. Absolutely amazing that this would get by any design review! I don't recommend this keyboard unless they have fixed this flaw in later versions.

I have had one of these for several years. My wrists love it. The one thing I did was remove the Caps-Lock key. A editorial writer mentioned this in the paper, and it was like a light went on in my brain. I no longer screw up my typing thanks to this great idea.
After 4 years of dropping it, and having my cat bat it off my desk when my back is turned, it is showing it's age, but I would buy another one. I just wish that they had one with the 10 key on the left side.
I would also like to have a dvorak setting and key covers, but you can't have everything.

Compared to the other quiet keys, the space key (which is obviously used very frequently) is incredibly clacky. I've found this to be true on multiple MS natural 4000 keyboards in our IT dept. It's a design flaw, and makes the keyboard wholly unusable. I don't want to type on a typewriter all day, and that's what it sounds like.
