These beans are amazing! They're packed in water and nothing else. I just received my shipment last Thursday, very well packed. I was very hungry I decided to try them out of the can. I rinsed the beans in cold water, drained them well and heated them in the microwave for one minute and then added a little extra virgin olive oil. Delicious! So creamy and meaty and no salt. I highly recommend these beans. I can't wait to make minestrone soup with them. Buon appetito!

It's rare when you find food that is both healthy and delicious, but these beans are both. I purchase mine locally and love the texture and taste (and price to be honest.)

One reviewer mentioned that these work well in pasta e fagioli and I agree. They are also wonderful as side dishes. I often make a soffrito by sauteing garlic, shallot and sweet peppers in olive oil, adding the beans and using that as a side dish.

With respect to my claim of healthy, there are four servings per can. Each is a scant 53 calories (only 9 of which are from fat), zero cholesterol, only 6 grams of carbs and 62mg of sodium. The sodium comes from the light brine in which these beans are packed, and can be reduced to practically zero if you drain and rinse the beans before heating them. In addition to the low calories, sodium and carbs, each serving contains 4 grams of protein.

Even if you can eat anything you want with impunity or do not have to worry about dietary restrictions these are still delicious. Even more so than other brands that are canned with high fructose corn syrup and a ton of sodium. The beauty of these, though, is that they are priced the same as the lower quality and less healthy brands.

These beans are very good: meaty and tasty-I'm glad I purchased a case. I also like the fact that they do not have any added preservatives, color etc. and that they are imported from Italy.

I have never heard of Cranberry Beans and ordered them due to curiosity. Oh my goodness, they are delicious. The beans texture is softer and the juice is like something you would cook at home rather than water. So much flavor, I am so glad I ordered these and will continue to do so.

These are delicious beans with a soft and buttery texture, but are not as colorful as depicted on the label. They were a more nondescript gray color. Good choice for taste, but choose something else for a salad.
