These are the best instant mashed potatoes. Idahoan has some different formulations, from flakes to smaller packets. While the other formulations are good, they can't beat these (although the smaller packets are great for camping). I first found these at Costco, but Costco quit stocking them, so I was delighted to find at Amazon.

These are the best potatoes. Normally I do not like instant potatoes but when I go out to a resturant I like the potatoes they serve but for years I had been unable to find what brand they use. THIS is the brand!! Nothing compares to real mashed potatoes but these are fast, easy and tastes great!
