It's ok I thought it would be brighter. The room has to be pitch dark in order to see lights well. In this day and age of technology and plugs and screens of clocks and computers it is hard to find total darkness. It does go to the beat of the music but it must be right next to the music to work. I don't think I would buy this again. I thought the kids would be excited but they weren't. Looks better on the packaging. Great job marketers!

I bought two of these as a birthday gift for my 9 and 13 year old daughters. My 9 year old is in love with it and my 13 year old wishes it had some more options. She thinks that it moves to quickly and wishes you could slow down the light. Other than that they loved decorating them and they provide some fun, especially if they are little divas in training who love to perform their own little shows. Perfect little accessory for that.

my daughter was so excited when I handed this to her.All her friends thought it was really cool and I could hear the girls dancing and giggling for hours to their own light up dj.Plus with the decals you can make it all your own.this easily plugged into her iphone or ipod and gave hours of entertainment.she loves to lay in bed and watch the lights.

My daughter (11) LOVED this lightshow! It has 4 different beat settings and she had fun testing them all out with her different styles of music! Would make a great birthday and Christmas gift - very unique gift!

My little girl says it doesn't pulse to the music as advertised it just has about 4 standard beats that it cycles between. Any actual reaction to the music was purely hypothetical. Not recommended and apparently no longer produced by Uncle Milton as you can't buy this from them anymore.

We got this for our 6year old for xmas she loved it for her dance parties with her little sister. She has a small room so we were not disappointed by the light coverage, but it was annoying to realize it uses batteries not a wall plug :/ we only paid 12.99 so it wasn't a huge issue I guess.
