I added 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1 tsp of vanilla to the mix. I also substitute Nestles semi-sweet morsels 2/3 cup for nuts although you could have both. The sour cream adds moisture and the vanilla adds a little flavor. Follow the rest of the directions on the box and you'll make everyone very happy.

Hands down the best banana bread mix out there. I use two bananas, some vanilla extract & a drizzle of honey. It's best with some turbinado sugar on top just before baking.
