Colors and patterns are awesome. Material seems a little thin, though. Sizing is obviously only for people with normal skinny legs. It would be great if the company could come up with sizes like the ugly ones where you need measurements of your calf and ankle. Unfortunately shoe size in not an indicator of leg size. A lot of us who need the compression have swelling and other issues that may make our legs out of the "normal" proportion sizes. I was so disappointed. I was so looking forward to being able to wear one pair of stockings to look nice.

I adore the Bright Majik print on these socks. If you need a bit of compression, why not have fun with it? The compression is light, so if you need something stronger you'll need to go elsewhere. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that it left an indentation, a "ring' if you will, around my calf at the very top of the sock. Compression socks really shouldn't do that. I also bought the "Lace" pair, though, which do not seem to have the same problem. The fit is fine and they seem surprisingly sturdy, though I've only worn them a few times. I do hand wash them, which should help. Definitely worth it for a bit of fun!

I have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), and my doctor recommended medical compression stockings. I had ordered 15-20 mmHg thigh highs (a typical starting point for POTS patients) from another company. Unfortunately, that compression translated to very-difficult-to-put-on thigh highs, and I couldn't use them as recommended. So my husband found these by Celeste Steine - a lower strength (compression takes getting used to), and sock length (for me to "learn with").

Because these are relatively inexpensive, I expected a slightly subpar product. But the pattern is vibrant (biker heart), and after several dozen wears (and hand washings), I still haven't a single run in them. Will definitely be getting more in the future - the prints are so much fun. I wish they made thigh highs too.

One thing to note, these are sock length stockings/thin material, not socks, per se. But as it's summer, that's worked out just fine. (Would also love toeless version to wear with flip flops in summer - not for fashion statements but medical necessity.)

Nice product, but the top is too constrictive and leaves an ugly mark on your legs. I'm NOT heavy, (5'4" and 120 pounds) but my legs bulge above the tops. NOT a good look. I think they should do better ...

My friend gave me a pair of these (in a different pattern) for my 70th birthday. She called them psychedelic support hose. I loved the pattern and the support so I immediately looked to see if I could find them on Amazon. I have had varicose veins since I was in my 30s and these compare to the support in regular ugly compression hosiery. I will be ordering more of these I only wish there were more patterns eligible for Amazon Prime Shipping. I always receive compliments on them. I am hesitant to try the next level of compression since the 8-15 seems just right for me and are not overly tight at the top. In case it helps anyone decide on the compression level they want to try, I am 5 foot, 5.5 inches and 115 pounds.
UPDATE: As of now, I have about 5 pair of Celeste Stein stockings. They have all been good. The Austin Powers pattern is my favorite. I have worn them so much they have faded out some but are still quite attractive.
