My cats ADORE these. They run around the house playing soccer, they steal them from each other. When we've moved we have the great Tinsel ball search under stoves, vanities, and refridgerators. (even made my man tilt a fridge to get out literally 8 balls because they would sit and stare under the fridge and meow sadly. TO this day cannot figure how they got them under that ONE fridge it had a LIP once under you had to TILT it to get them out. Insane). They will play with them till they are ragged. The love the white ones the most is seems. I get them EVERY Christmas from "sandy paws" and we make it RAIN and they love it. They know what their stocking means. They walk around the house with these tinsel balls in their mouths meowing and it makes them sound so funny. So thank you so much for entertainment for them, for us, and for videos of my cats "talking." Honestly, if you haven't tried these you need to. So much fun!

I've got one cat that just LOVES these ! They are smaller in size so he can carry them around the house while he makes a sound like a dump truck backing up ! He's not one for the fake "mousies" or other kitty toys so if you've got one like that, give these a try.

If you are looking for those little pompom balls - that are about 1.15-1.5", and your cat pulls out the little hairs - and you end up with a little 1" round, chenille type of ball - that your cat just absolutely loves and will only play with - like ours -- Then these are NOT what you are looking for. I bought 5 different types and from different companies and NONE of them are the little balls we are looking for. Our cat won't play with any of the 5 different brands. However, if your cat isn't picky, or you are looking for Arts & Crafts purposes - these work just fine.

We have a cat that LOVES sparkle balls like these. But I should have gotten the larger ones. He is not that interested in these. If you are unsure about getting these or the larger, get the larger. Otherwise they are exactly as advertised. My only complaint is that they are expensive for what they are.

My youngest cat LOVES these things, but we always have such a hard time finding them in brick-and-mortar stars. Thank goodness for this. I should note that the 1.5" is a good size, and I don't worry about him swallowing or choking on them. The 1" seemed too risky. I don't particularly like how the little sparkly bits fall off so easily and end up EVERYWHERE, but if you've got cats, you can consider this to be a hint about which areas are in need of a good vacuuming ("KITTY WUZ HERE"). I also must admit that I worry about those same sparkly bits being swallowed, as I routinely find them hanging out of his mouth... everything seems okay, though.

Although they are not quite 2" as stated (actual size is just a tad over 1.5") I am still very happy with them. They appear to be much tougher and denser than other versions that I have purchased. My cats love them. I would purchase these again and feel much more comfortable with my cats playing with this version rather than the other smaller versions that could be a potential choking hazard.
