Directions
Remove protective label off "Hands-Free" applicator. Twist up product. Apply an ample amount of Sweet Sweat to the skin before exercise. Make sure to coat all desired areas without rubbing product into the skin. To Remove, towel off Sweet Sweat FIRST and then shower using warm water and soap.

I work out pretty often but there's absolutely no way around getting rid of the belly pooch. It's really amazing how you can work out so much for such a long time and the damn belly pooch stays there forever. Recently, I decided to switch up my workouts and finally give a waist trimmer a try. I used it, and it made me sweat a lot, it seemed to work pretty well. Little did I know, I wasn't sweating nearly as much as I would in the coming weeks.

A girlfriend of mine recommended that I use the sweet sweat gel in order to up the amount I was sweating and losing water weight, and that the sweet sweat would help me burn fat, which is what keeps the weight off after the water weight comes back on. I read through the reviews to make sure no one had grown an extra belly button or face on their stomach, and decided to give it a try.

Oh. My. Word.

The sweet sweat made me sweat in places I never knew that I could. In fact, when I took the waist trimmer off at the gym after working out for an hour with the sweet sweat on, it was like the flood. The Great Flood. It's actually a little bit embarrassing when I take it off, so I've taken to removing it in the showers.

Great product, making me sweat like never before.. I also added this weight loss suppplement to my workout routine and it's been awesome, I'm no longer having sweet cravings and my appetite is way down.. This stuff makes the sweat pour off my body and I can just feel the fat melting away while I use it. I highly recommend the garcinia cambogia for people who tend to overeat which can definitely hinder the speed of weight loss.. Thanks a lot sweet sweat for another awesome product.

I ordered the Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer stick along with the Sweet Sweat Premium Waist Trimmer and a set of thigh and upper arm trimmers to try to boost the results from my workouts, burn more calories, and tighten and tone more quickly. I was skeptical about whether or not they would work or how much but after reading other reviews, I decided to give them a chance and I am glad that I did.

I used the Sweet Sweat Workout stick and the waist, thigh, and arm trimmers for my first workout today. I rubbed on the Sweet Sweat stick then put the trimmers on on top of it. The Sweet Sweat stick has a really nice scent, kind of like coconut and goes on smoothly. It basically feels like a thick layer of moisturizer on your skin.

As soon as my workout began, I could feel the areas where I had used the product and was wearing the trimmers getting warmer faster than other areas. And, as the workout continued, I could tell that they were getting very, very sweaty. When I took off the trimmers, those areas were literally dripping sweat.

I feel that the Sweet Sweat stick in combination with the waist, thigh, and upper arm trimmers worked very well and I will continue to use them to enhance my workouts. I have already recommended the Sweet Sweat stick to others to purchase.

I love this stuff! I'm giving this product 4 stars rather than 5 and here's why:

I use this mainly on my arms and it definitely makes me DRIP sweat. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I noticed that it does not work if I wear a long sleeve. When I work out in tank tops though, it definitely makes me sweat like crazy on my arms. I tried using it on my thighs, but since I work out in pants (not shorts usually) it didn't make me sweat any more than usually. So if you want to use this product then put it on skin that you don't cover and you will be good to go!
**side note though: yes this works on my abs, but only when I wear certain material shirts. Like regular shirts, not the absorbant workout material clothing if that makes sense (not any type of spandex material). Might be the same issue for my thighs since I wear spandex type of pants. I haven't tried wearing other pants. To make a long comment short: in my experience, this product works better when your skin is not covered. Lol.

Ladies, make sure you braid or tie your hair in a bun! If I leave my hair in a pony tail my hair gets stuck on my arms lol. This product is sort of "goo-y" so like I said, tame the hair if you plan to put this on your arms and have long hair.

Like other reviewers mentioned, make sure you keep your stick standing upright (not on the side or upside down) and in a cool area (no hotter than room temp), because it definitely melts in the tube. Do not leave it in your car!

Overal I am very satisfied with this product. For the people asking if this burns fat... The answer is NO. Nothing does. This simply makes you sweat more than usual, which definitely may help with your fitness goals. It definitely makes my arms sweat way more than I ever had without it. Will probably be buying again!
