I love this stuff! All my local stores stopped carrying it locally so I was thrilled that I found it on Amazon. The price is a bit steep, but it's hard to find and a great product. It is freeze dried so it can be soaked and reconstituted if someone really wanted tiny diced onion, but I love the way it flavors soups and sauces and also soaks up extra moisture. It's also good in dips and dressings!
