I'm 5'1", 107 lb and ordered the XS. It fits well and the length is OK...a little long but not so much that I have to fold the bottoms over.
I wear them for cycling, over my cycling shorts. Even after the first ride, I noticed the fabric pilling where I sit on the saddle. The fabric is a lighter weight fleece which I like for temps in the mid 40s to 60 but it may prove to be a bit flimsy like my last pair of midzero zap tights in which I wore holes in the same area. I have several pairs of tights and none of the others have ever been a problem in this regard. I had hoped the fabric would have improved. Time will tell. Shouldn't be a problem if you use them for running.

I loved these for the first three times I wore them. So comfortable, warm, they didn't ride up or slide down. I loved them until the threads started coming apart and a gaping hole was left in the crotch. I had to return them. Bummer.

I LOVE THESE PANTS. These are the best Sugoi running pants I have owned. This is my third pair in four years. They hold up well to hundreds of miles of training and also have very visible reflectors on the sides. These are awesome and have a light fleece on the inside. I wore them for the first time in the rain - it was 49 degrees and I was never cold.
