If you're going to buy one of these, I highly suggest that you either do it here, or from a local retailer, but do NOT purchase directly from the GOGO Pillow website that's advertised on TV. I say this from experience and here's why:

I went to their website and they were running a buy one, get one free deal, except that the small print stated an additional $9.95 S&H for the 2nd pillow. The total should have been $19.95 for two pillows and $19.90 S&H, for a grand total of $39.85 (I know it's not a great deal in hindsight, but I missed the small print.) During checkout, after going through several pages of them trying to push other items on me, they finally submitted my order and without ever giving a final tally.

On inspection of the order confirmation, I find the following problems: 1) They ended up charging me for the second pillow, anyway, 2) They charged me $3.90 for insurance that I didn't request and 3) They charged me 19.95 S&H per pillow, which is $10 more per pillow then stated on the website. My final tally for two pillows was a mind-blowing $81.69!

I'm disputing the charge with my bank, but wanted to warn others about this scam here. I'll edit this post later to let you know what happened.

Update: I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. No explanation was given and I've yet to see any charges to my bank card.

Update 2: I eventually purchased one of these from a local retailer and I'm happy that I did. It was purchased as a gift for someone who wanted it or I wouldn't have given GoGo Pillow my money, no matter how nice it may be. The gift was purchased for my mother and she seems to really like it. Now that I've seen them, I've decided to change my rating to a 5-star, since the rating is for the product and not the manufacturer. So, the product is great, but just don't purchase it from gogopillow.com, unless you're in the mood to get scammed.

This is the greatest thing invented for tablet use!! I love reading in bed at night, and this pillow props up my tablet perfectly. I can get comfortable and not even have to hold my tablet!

I also love that it doubles as a travel pillow.

I will be getting some of these as Christmas gifts!!!!

I got my go go pillow for Christmas and don’t love it. I still have it, it works fine it’s just uncomfortable. The neck rest is hard where you put your neck and your head flops around because the sides are flimsy. When you put the iPad case on the back of the seat and the car stops it falls off and almost cracks the iPad. If you want a cracked iPad buy this product. Say no no to the go go.

Pillow is what it was explained to be. Works great! Molds to a position n stays holding my iPad, with no problems. Enjoy it actually a lot.

The blue color is e only one on Prime, so I ordered one for each granddaughter and ironed on a cool initial for each one. They all have tablets and use them every day. Now I want one for myself and the girls mom does too! Great concept. Great for travel.

This is pillow was/is atrocious. It does NOT fit any tablet like a glove and somehow the zipper ripped a piece of the blue fabric and tiny balls of stuffing POURED out! My Mother and I stared in horror and disbelief. There were so many that we still have to vacuum up the freakin' balls.
