After Amazon has taken away the Eidon ionic zinc, I found this comparable brand. However, it really annoys me that these companies can't use a glass bottle! I try not to use plastic of any kind, especially when things are being stored long term such as supplements. I almost sent the product back. I'm trying to heal from chronic illness, I don't need more toxins to try to detox from. I would've gladly paid the difference for a glass bottle. Needless to say I guess I'll have to keep looking. For now, my husband is using instead since he is able to metabolize/eliminate toxins better than I.

We needed a stable, unrefrigerated zinc for our child. We'd previously had to go every fortnight to a compounding pharmacy which was a bore and made travel difficult, or keeping up with his zinc while we travel. Very happily for us the pharmacist in the Special Care clinic told me about this and it has been fantastic! Love the ease of ordering it, keeping it on the counter, and that it lasts for more than two weeks. Ideal.

I use this type of zinc as an immune booster for my kids. It works wonderfully. I put it in their juice and they do not notice it. Just make sure to take this after a meal or it could cause a tummy ache. Love this product and will be a lifetime customer!

I started taking a dropper full of this product(serving size), and I noticed that I was feeling completely wiped out and fatigued. My heart started racing. At first I couldn't figure out why this was happening and then I started doing research and the research made mention that some people with thyroid issues have also experienced racing heart and extreme fatigue due to some type of detoxing of copper. Ok, so I became excited to try zinc at a much lower dose. So I lowered the zinc down to 1 drop per day. Well, my heart was still racing, although it was much less so I knew I was on the right track. Then I tested it by not taking zinc for a few days and magically I felt so much better. Racing heart went away and I had my normal burst of energy. So, finally I gave up on this product. Maybe it works for someone else, but for me, it just didn't work out. Hope this review helps someone out there.
