I bought these because I loved eating them as a kid. They do fry up nice and puffy, they have the right crunch, the tongue-sticking property that only those who make these things know about...but the reason for the 3 stars, is that I didn't think they had enough "prawn" flavoring. Id like them to be a little more "shrimpy". They are OK, but I will be trying another brand before I'd re-order these.

They were a bit bland but did have a slight shrimp taste.Oil must be very hot to cook correctly otherwise they will not fully blossom and hard areas will remain.Remember to remove them quickly or they will burn and drain them well because the oil will be trapped in the middle of the chips.My son and I like to make them because they are fun to make and they remind me of the times my parents took me to Chinatown in N.Y.C. as a child during the 1970's.Enjoy because they go fast!

They dont taste verry good like the ones you get at the restaurant. Tastes more plasticky and fake like it has some unwanted chemicals in it.
Still looking out for something that tastes as good as Yes Chips! or the ones that I find at my local Thai restaurant.

These are easy to cook and taste great. I put leftovers in an airtight container and they are still good the next day. I doubt I would keep them longer than that but you can at least make the night before and enjoy them with your lunch the next day.
