My husband was on a business trip and enjoyed them so much he convinced the flight attendant to give him a few more packs to bring home, because he suspected I'd like them, too. He was right - I LOVED them. They're similar to ginger snaps, very crispy but not as hard, and not quite as sweet. They have a wonderful after-flavor that sticks with you and makes you smile.

Thanks, Amazon! Now I don't have to buy airfare to get a darn good cookie.

I travel by air quite a bit and always fly Delta when able (94% of the time), and THESE cookies are always the highlight of those flights. I mean, I love the flight crew too, but the free Coke products and choice of free snacks that also includes these cookies, is where it's at. It makes me darn happy! It was always a special treat on my flights, and now I have them in abundance in my house. What am I going to do with myself? This was an incredible deal. Thanks!

I saw another review that mentioned Speculoos Cookies from Trader Joe's. I had to try them. Even though they taste almost the same I think Biscoff Cookies taste a little better, but at $5.84 or more a pack plus shipping. I will be buying Speculoos instead for $1.99 at Trader Joe's and no shipping. It's one of the store I go to anyway; so I do not have to go out of the way or anything.

I first had this on a flight and I saved the package and found it here. These are one of my favorite cookies to snack on. Crispy, buttery and not too sweet. Delicious with coffee. And small enough to not feel guilty about having one or two!

The packaging for each pack makes it a little hard to store, but you can either dump them into a container or ziplock bag.
