The cup arrived in perfect condition, even though I am surprised. The cup was in a box not wrapped just in a box with those plastic blow up bags on top and nothing else. I bought this cup in the color plum. The color that is shown is not the color you receive. I suppose the color shown for plum is more of a lavender, but the cup I received is a true plum color. For the true color look at the image another Amazon shopper added, that is the true color. I am not complaining but I did like the color I saw better, but will keep.

I got these saucers because I had a teapot with four cups. They match my set well and they are nice and big and the cups don't slip out of the circle in the center. They complete my tea set
