My 6 month old Blue Heeler loves this. It's easy enough for her to push the moving pieces with her nose. I have it on tile and it does not slide and holds enough food that I only have to fill it once a day. If she chewed on it, I would put it up between normal feeding times but that hasn't been an issue. I bought this to help keep her mind busy. She's happy and I'm happy.

It definitely did slow down my Swedish Vallhund. She doesn't chew her food and still doesn't, but at least she isn't eating all of her food at once. It's starting to show some wear from her teeth marks and a chunk of plastic missing. Overall, it's a good product.

If you want to try this for your dog, I recommend you buy this from your local pet store, so you can at least return it if your dog doesn't like it.

My dog still chokes on her food by swallowing too fast. I tried splitting up her food in all parts of the food bowl (1/4 cup) but it doesnt help.

She spent an hour on it the first day with lots of help from me but she spent only 5 mins the second day and she rushed through her food even more.. I think the puzzle annoys her so she eats faster :/
