This is one of those toys is fun while it lasts. Unfortunately it seems it was built only for making a commercial to sell it and was never tested in the real world. This one lasted about 10 minutes before the throttle cable housing busted. Yes my boy LIGHTLY struck something but the design is clearly underbuilt for anything called a Shredder. The housing sticks out in front and is so cheaply made you could easily bend/break it with a finger. (keep in mind this toy is for shredding the asphalt outdoors where helmets and protective gear are required. So I fixed that and THEN about 20 minutes after that he was only driving on flat driveway and heard a pop and then it stopped. Wouldn't do anything. Checked the circuit breaker, checked the large internal fuse, put the ohm meter on the throttle switch, the brake cut off switch, the master switch, circuit breaker, and anything else I could find to test. Bypassed everything to see if the motor still functioned and it did. Therefore it had to be the control board. I don't even think the battery was even half gone yet and dead. I would have rated this a one star but luckily enough after calling the support number, they are sending me a replacement controller. For customer service so far I would give them 5 stars but for this product, I would highly recommend buying something else with your money. My boy did like riding it though while it worked but hated to see his face when it stopped working.

Arrived on time, rode it for the first day, and it quit! Wouldn't charge, wouldn't power up...thank goodness, we called and AMAZON REPLACED IT! This was our boys Xmas/birthday gift, and he was sooo excited to receive it.

Horrible product. I purchased this last year for my son (x-mas) it worked great for a couple runs then after charging would not run... Trouble shot the issue down to the control board which I replaced no problem. A couple charges latter we have the same issue again and now have a 300 dlr paper weight the only thing good I can say is my kid loves riding it when it works
