Nice carrier. I have a 20lb cat. The sides are firm and so is the front... Better coverage than the last carrier I purchased. This one feels safer. Also, for me the front opening only goes halfway down. I thought this would be a problem at first but, it turned out great! I would highly recommend.

Looks very, very nice and is very well made. However, I don't do well at assembling things (not even the easiest of the easiest) and it came with no instructions whatsoever. I did contact the manufacturer and they did e-mail me some instructions, which I appreciated. But, it would have been nice to have had them when I received the item. Overall, a very nice product. Unfortunately, as it turns out, it's a bit small for my pet. I wish (so so much) that I could find the exact same product but with bigger dimensions.

Just received this, it's a good size for my extra large ragdoll but came with NO hardware or instructions for assembly. The positive side is that it comes apart for storage. Now if only I could put it together. The only choice via Amazon is a replacement which I've requested but this is a PITA.
