This was a great extension to another car seat that I bought for my Siberian Husky Puppy. She's going to grow out of the car seat and this should work to attach to the seat belt and still keep her from flying forward if I have to slam on the breaks.

The picture makes it look like that this tether connects straight to the seat belt holder rather than running the seat belt through it. It still works for my purposes, but the picture may need to be altered. What's misleading is the fake cut out of the metal part of a seat belt on the packaging which is what is pictured. Now that I read the description, it makes more sense. That's what I get for shopping on my phone.

Not nearly as long as I thought it would be. Our 45 lb dog is way too tall to use when product is buckled in, she can't even sit up. Great for tiny dogs not much bigger than a cat, but useless for dogs any bigger than even a small beagle (for example).
