DO NOT purchase a product from Quality Craft!!! We purchased their electric fireplace 14 months ago and it lasted for exactly one year. The heater will not work in it now. We have not moved it since we bought it and it was just sitting there... so it was nothing that we did. We called the company and we were told that they do not stand behind their products after a year. So basically they are making their units with just enough quality that they will last about a year and than they CHARGE you for the parts that you need to fix them. The girl on the phone was VERY rude and could not understand why I was upset that they wanted $40.00 from me plus shipping and handling to fix a product of theirs that never should have stopped working after only a year.
This company is a scam. They are sitting there "part ready" for you when their product fails. I just hope that I can stop someone from falling for their scam with my warning.

I purchased this unit and the clips to hold the fireplace in were not in the package, when I called the number in the instruction manual to have them sent to me they would not send them because this unit is only sold by Walmart and I needed the email from Walmart stating that my order was sent with all the info from Walmart that was suppose to be on my order, but since I had no info on my email nor any order info from Walmart they would not send me my parts to hold the fireplace inside the unit itself. This is a bunch of crap ! The outside of the box has Walmart's label on it but since I purchased it from Amazon they would not do anything for me. Also this Company is from Canada. Now what is a person to do ? What is Amazon going to do for me, that's what I would like to know, they shouldn't sell mdse. that you can't get the parts for when they are missing in the box !!!
