i ordered this based on the reviews. When I got the unit it had a European plug so I had a order an adaptor. Once I got that I used the tongs to place the crucible and they snapped in two. They are just a cheap set of needle nose pliers cut off and ends poorly welded on then painted. I started the initial heat up and when about half way they the unit quit heating. So I contacted the seller to send the unit back and was told that is not possible because it ships from China but In the description it says ships and sold from NY He then went on to say that it is not possible it wouldn't work. And gave me a $100 refund and said go buy parts and fix the unit my self. So I am stuck with a worthless furnace and am out almost $400 bucks. Do not buy from this seller I feel they are scammers selling low end equipment.

This unit works great ! - I let it heat up slowly run 9am-12pm every week day.
Just went through my 1st crucible - about 30 runs.. need to order 3 more...

If you have $475.00 to loss buy this thing unfortunaely i paid $475.00 few months ago any ony will uesd many just ones in long while after few times may be five times has been borken not working any more not even six months uesd for $475.00 believe or not when connect them for warranty they not cover for fixit they will over warranty before you buy ones you pay if broken if not worken if if they will play game the end just if want loss your money pay for that thing i will call amzon to let them know how bad this company was
