yum. Smells like fresh garlic. Tastes like fresh garlic. It is fresh garlic. There is no reason to peal garlic anymore. This is the exclusive garlic in our home where there is heavy cooking and lots of flavored foods.

I bought this a while back and stored it in my pantry until I used up the jar I had in the refrigerator.Today when I opened it I discovered the jar was not sealed. There was dried garlic on the threads and inside the jar and even after I scooped that out the product does not look or smell right. It's been long enough that I have no recourse but I am out almost $10 for something unusable. I didn't want to open it until I needed it.
